September 27, 2023 – Today, the Regulatory Reconciliation and Cooperation Table (RCT) launched a revised website to make it easier for Canadians to find information about its activities and the progress being made to address regulatory barriers to trade.
The RCT was established through the Canadian Free Trade Agreement in 2017 to oversee and support a process to reduce regulatory barriers within Canada.
While communicating with the public has always been a key component of the RCT’s activities, the new website provides a more modern design to make information regarding the RCT’s work more readily available, and more easily understandable.
Additional website material will be developed in the coming months to provide updates on the progress of existing regulatory reconciliation and cooperation workplans, as well as on the implementation of completed workplan items.
