Procurement Exceptions
For Ontario, the following is not covered by this Chapter:
A. Excluded Entities
The following entities are not covered by this Chapter:
- Offices of the Legislative Assembly
B. Exceptions and Notes
- Article 507.1 and Article 509.1 do not apply to procurement that targets poverty reduction for disadvantaged natural persons if the value of the procurement is below $200,000.
- This Chapter does not cover procurement relating to a jointly-owned international crossing between Ontario and another country, or a sub-central jurisdiction of that country, including the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of the crossing as well as any related infrastructure. This exception does not apply to procurement conducted solely by Ontario.
